This is my second time purchasing but I am having trouble getting the product out of the dispensing bottle

Disappointed with customer service

I ordered 3 of these serums as I love the product that I purchased at the factory in Aruba a few months ago. However, one of them is faulty and will not dispense the product. I have contacted customer service through email and their web chat bot, but haven't received any reply at all. To ship the faulty product back to the States from Canada will cost me almost the price of the product itself. So disappointed that they have not attempted to reply with either a refund or replacement. I will not order again.

Winter cold here's been really harsh for the last month - so my dry face with sensitive skin takes a beating. Would be hard to separate the product line here BUT together the Island Remedy line for my 'older person skin' wins a solid review.
