Aruba Aloe Essentials-Set

I actually ordered a special set of three products, including a shower gel. This was not delivered, but the other two products were. I actually ordered this set only because of the bigger bottle of shower gel, as it was only available in very small tubes otherwise. Though I got a reduction, I still can’t really use the two products and would like to be able to order / get the big bottle of shower gel. I really love your product and hope they will be available again soon!!!

Excellent products and the service is extremely efficient.

Can't tell you if I liked it because I never received the order and customer service doesn't seem to care. After calling three times and sending an email to inquire about why I haven't received my package I had to turn it over to my credit card company to try to get the money back. Customer service couldn't be bothered to return my calls or email so I guess I would have to say don't bother ordering from here you will never see the product.

As far as the products & what I'm used to with aruba aloe, I've got no complaints. It's awesome stuff! The only complaint I have is with the shipper of the product. When I received my product, the face lotion was unsealed. I emailed numerous times, getting no response. I didn't want to use a product that was not sealed. THAT part, I'm upset with. The lack of customer service on the shippers side.
