ALHYDRAN is a concentrated medical cream for the treatment and hydration of vulnerable skin immediately after wound closure. Suitable for the after care of scars, (sun)burns, dry, painful and red skin. Helps to prevent scar formation and reduces itching and redness. ALHYDRAN contains a high percentage of pure Aloe Vera gel, Jojoba oil, vitamin E and vitamin C. ALHYDRAN is skin friendly, paraben free, fragrance free, clinical proven and not tested on animals.


ALHYDRAN is successfully used in plastic and reconstructive surgery at burn centers and hospitals in the after-care of burn patients. Use ALHYDRAN for prevention and treatment of scars, after laser therapy, radiation therapy, peeling, acne, burns and other dermatological treatments.

Apply a thin, even layer of cream. Use it 3 times a day (and when skin complaints increase). ALHYDRAN may be used without limitation (for years, if required).

Fijn voor het herstel van wondjes en om littekenweefsel te verminderen. Je hebt maar een klein beetje nodig en doet er dus lang mee. Handig in je eerste hulp kit.

Excellent healer

I have now been applying this to the scar from my recent operation for about 2 weeks. I find that it moisturisers well, reduces inflammation and prevents itching. It is giving me a smoother scar and hopefully it will eventually it will be almost invisible.

wonderful soft and nurturing cream

Last year I suffered a 2nd degree severe burn on my right wrist leaving me now with a hypertrophic scar. I have tried many things. Even silicone sheets but the glue irritates my skin. I have started using this cream 3 weeks ago. Love the soft velvet structure, not sticky and absorbs nicely. I dont think the scar will ever go away but the cream helps reduce it. Its less red and slightly less sensitive. Its itches also less.
