Delivery times
All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped directly on Monday. Delivery times vary by country. The delivery time depends on the speed of the mail delivery company, Postnl, from the Netherlands to your Country in Europe. You will always receive a Track & Trace from us, so you can look up where your package is and when it will be delivered.
Returns
